Using Drama in the Classroom encourages personal growth and builds confidence in students just starting out in drama. Drama skills covered in the nine fun workshops include improvisation, characterization, using music, making an entrance and accepting applause, working with a script, movement and dance, and performing for an audience. Other skills developed include working effectively with a group, listening to others, reflecting, interviewing, and problem solving. Grades 5 to 8.
